So now you’ve invested quite a bit of your time reading about me. Now we’ll talk about you and how Go30 might be of benefit in your life?
Spanning the spectrum from being dealt a winning hand from the deck of cards that is life, to the players starting with a handicap and everything in between; there is a common denominator in all these instances, and it is this: that Humans have an innate ability to adapt and thrive regardless of any adverse conditions they might face.
There are countless examples throughout the annals of history of rags to riches stories, individuals who have snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, etc. Yes, I’m being a bit melodramatic, but you won’t have to put your life on the line, rather maybe just decide to lose some fat, get in shape, and make some innocuous changes that over the years will yield an altered lifestyle, all with the goal of benefiting Longevity and Quality of Life, to say nothing of your present life!
You just need to decide if you might want to change some things in your current lifestyle. I don’t know you from Adam (or Eve), but I do know affirmatively that you have the power to change, adapt, and thrive to create your best future life; you just need to decide what is important to you, and what you’re willing to undertake if you feel you’re not going in the best direction right now!
By my house, there is a High school whose neon billboard proudly announces that ‘Knowledge is power’! That’s only partially true, it should read ‘Applied knowledge is power’!
Having the knowledge to make a rocket ship to go to the moon is a necessary first step, but if you don’t build it, the knowledge is useless. There will be many successes, failures, toil, sweat, and monetary expense that will go into building this rocket and seeing the project come to fruition! JFK made the announcement that ‘America would go to the moon’ on May 25, 1961, Apollo 11 landed on the moon July 20, 1969! That’s just a tad over 8 years, and 1000s of people working on the project.
As I said, the pursuit of Longevity and Quality of Life is a life long pursuit; but fortunately, you have your entire life to accomplish this.
So, you’re left with a riddle: What’s important to your present and future life? What is it, moving at 90 years old as you did at 30, having clarity of mind, or having the certainty that your body will carry you through thick and thin because you’ve maintained your body with regular tune ups through the years?
Only you can answer that! My answer to you is that Go30 will stack the deck in your favor so you can be dealt a winning hand, then it’s up to your to play it!
What will you learn if you follow me on Go30? My purpose is to give you the tools so you can play your best hand to undertake the following:
- Learn about the aging process and how to outwit it
- Retain the flexibility of your youth
- Keep knees, elbows, shoulders, back, neck moving freely and without pain
- Wake every morning ready to attack the day
- Keep unwanted fat off forever
I’ll provide you with all the tools to address the above 5 bullet points, but also provide you with dozens of other tips, tricks, and knowledge to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle into your future years. My purpose is no less to impart to you some of the exact same knowledge I’ve acquired throughout my life, from Sports, through University, and the School of hard knocks of course!
Yes, it’s a tall order, but then again, you have your entire life to develop these and play your hand to advantage!
So why should you listen to me, and why do I hope you might? Well, there is a learning curve to all this, and quite simply, I HAVE LIVED THAT CURVE! I’ve been extremely successful at living this curve, and I’ve mastered it. I’m not a 20-year-something-trainer with zero experience telling a 50 year old how to get fit! NO, BEEN THERE, DONE THAT!
After reading Go30, I truly hope you’ll find some value in following me. I hope Go30 can add some benefit to your present and future life as you see what I do on a daily basis to retain the physical and cognitive abilities I had in my 30s. But again, let me caution you, NOTHING IS GUARANTEED, but you sure as hell can do your best!
Journey well my Friends, Claude.
